Authenticity Guarantee

At Select NG, we take pride in being a trusted source for original devices and accessories. We understand that when customers shop online, they expect to receive genuine products and that’s exactly what we deliver.

Every item listed on our website is 100% original and sourced directly from authorized suppliers or brand partners. Select NG does not deal in fake, cloned, or unauthorized refurbished items. Any product sold with a brand logo must be legally manufactured by or for that brand, or with their official consent.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

In the unlikely case where an item is proven to be fake, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours. We take full accountability for ensuring that every product sold through our platform meets strict authenticity standards.

If you suspect that you’ve received a non-genuine item, please notify our team immediately by emailing sales@select.com.ng or calling 08026051358. We will investigate the matter promptly and take corrective action where necessary.

Product Warranty Coverage

All eligible devices purchased from Select NG — including smartphones, printers, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and wireless earbuds are covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty ranging from 6 months to 24 months, depending on the brand and model.

The warranty becomes active from the day of purchase and covers:

  • Hardware faults from the manufacturer

  • Software-related issues

  • Other issues not caused by customer misuse

Warranty duration is specified clearly on each product page.

Warranty Breakdown by Brand:

  • Apple & Samsung devices: Covered for 12 to 24 months

  • OnePlus, Google, Huawei, Nothing, ZTE: 1-year warranty

  • Nokia HMD, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi: 1-year warranty, serviced through brand-authorized centers Except for Selected Xiaomi, Nothing, Vivo and Oppo Smartphones

How to Request Warranty Service

International Warranty (1-Year):

  • For Apple: Reach out to Apple Support directly

  • For Samsung: Contact Select NG or Samsung’s authorized service

  • For other supported brands (OnePlus, Google, Huawei, Nothing, ZTE): Contact Select NG directly

  • For Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi: Visit the nearest official service center or contact Select NG

Extended 2-Year Warranty (Nigeria Only):

  • Samsung devices: Covered through Samsung Nigeria

Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Product damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence

  • Issues arising from power surges or water exposure

  • Unauthorized servicing, tampering, or use of unofficial parts

  • Claims made after the warranty period ends

Important:

  • Damaged screens and water-damaged devices are not covered under standard warranty terms (unless specifically stated)

  • Warranty is void if repairs are done outside of Select NG’s approved service network
