1. Ordering

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specs, and prices. However, errors may occur. If an issue arises with your order, we’ll contact you with an update or revised offer. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and goods are dispatched.

Due to demand and stock limitations, Select NG reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders where necessary.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery or additional processing fees.

3. Payment

We accept secure online payments and direct transfers. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within 1–5 working days, depending on your location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed. Delivery delays due to third-party couriers or holidays are outside our control.

Orders marked as “delivered” by our courier are considered completed.

5. Returns & Exchange (Money Back Guarantee)

If you're not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange (excluding delivery fees). Items must:

  • Remain sealed and unused
  • Be in their original packaging with all accessories
  • Be approved for return by our team before being sent back

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Customized or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Warranty

All genuine products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). Warranty becomes void if products are tampered with or physically damaged.

8. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions. If major changes occur after purchase, you may cancel and return the item within 7 days for a refund.

9. Privacy Policy

We protect your privacy and data. By ordering from us, you agree to receive communication from Select NG. You may opt-out anytime.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are the property of Select NG and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Select NG is not liable for:

  • Courier delivery delays
  • Losses caused by incorrect address details
  • Damage caused after delivery
