Delivery Partners

• Within Lagos: We partner with trusted local logistics providers to offer same-day delivery for orders placed early in the day.
• Outside Lagos: We use GIG Logistics and Red Star Express to deliver nationwide.

Delivery Timeline

• Lagos: Same-day or next-day delivery depending on time of order and delivery zone.
• Other States: 1 to 4 working days depending on location and courier schedule.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the state selected at checkout.
• Locations within inner or remote areas may attract higher delivery charges.
• Delivery fees are subject to change. If necessary, our team may contact you to confirm any updated delivery charges before dispatch.

Shipping Process

1. Once your payment is confirmed (or your Lagos Pay-on-Delivery order is verified), we begin processing your package.
2. Your delivery is scheduled based on your location and dispatch availability.
3. You will receive a call or message from our delivery agent or team on the day of delivery.

Important Notes

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number during checkout.
• Select NG is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate addresses, customer unavailability, or third-party courier issues.
• For locations outside regular courier coverage, extra time or charges may apply.
